Provided by SuperpagesVery dissatisfied with this service. They came out to do a service on my mom's AC unit. After a few days it began to have problems that did not exist before the service was done. There was a leak. She called and was told if they came out they would charge time and a half. They showed no concern for her as a customer who has been using their service for over 8 years. My boyfriend took a look at the leak and found a piece of pipe insulation in an elbow of a pipe. It was obvious that the only way it could have got there was that someone stuck it in the pipe. Plus we matched it to a piece that had been torn off another pipe. We will never use them again and feel that they use dishonest tactics to ensure future calls.
