Clean, Friendly atmosphere. Well lit. Girls always do a great job no matter who does my hair, quality service.

never had a problem before today, but we've only been 3 times total. woman running front counter today should be fired for her stuck-up, snotty attitude- and is going to lose business for this company, including mine. my son is 2 years old, and is super easy and fast; the women before have always given me a $5 total, with an $8 tip. this woman was so feisty and stuck on a total of $15, which i didn't find fair, but i also don't cause scenes and fight. but she sure did, with numerous customers around... so we left. and he criiiied; he LOVES haircuts (due to the lollipop and all)... it was horrible! never been more embarrassed, but like i said- i'm sure it is hit and miss; i dont have a lot of money and have things to budget. but that woman ruined my chances of returning. and oh had i wish she wore her nametag...
