Ordered a cheese burger plain, as my child has a tomato allergy get the burger has everything on it, drive back up there have it exchanged wife gets home and burger is cold can see where they just scraped off everything and mashed it back together, thank goodness i saw it and saved a trip to the ER with my child, called back up there and ask if they have a new cook as we've been going there for years, was told no and explained what happened and get put on hold to talk to the cook, then after a few minutes of being on hold and them seeing i did not hang up they hung up on me, my thoughts if you don't respect your customers enough to get there order right and when you get it wrong fix it properly then you don't deserve customers

we will NOT be eating there again as there care for customers is sub-par at best
