This place is the best they close at 7pm and i was running late and they waited for me

to show up. I got the about 720pm. They treated me great and with good attitude even with me being late. I really am happy with the service and people

they will get all my business

This place is a rip off. Never buy from this company.

I get all my used tires here, I would recommend this place to anyone. They offer great quality used tires at half the price of new, and the service can't be beat. A++

Do NOT, I repeat Do NOT do business with these people. We purchased two tires from them yesterday and this morning one of them was on a flat because they did not properly seal the tire on the rim! When we went to take the tire off, we couldn't because those clowns stripped the bolt. We called them AND visited them in person this morning to see how they would be willing to make good on the situation and they told us that there was nothing that they would do. No towing, no mobile service repair, NOTHING after spending $153!!! They boast 24 hour emergency assistance on their website and they never answered our after hours call when we woke up to this nightmare. Needless to say, We will NEVER ever spend a dime with these people and if you value your vehicle and your hard earned money. On a side note, if you must do business with them, Do NOT go in there with minor children. They blast the most obscene music (unsensored hip hop rap) and they tune the television on Spike TV where they show violent gang related shows. That should have been our first clue to walk away. Left the shop and got on the highway and my steering wheel was shaking as soon as I got up to speed! Didnt bother going back, just had them balanced somewhere else! You get what you pay for I guess..

Great place!!!!!!!

Took my car here to get new tires mounted. They put deep scratches on the inside of my expensive rims and broke my center cap. When confronted about it they said it was normal! They were rude and lied and said the center cap was already broken on a brand new car that has never had the wheels off! Do not get work done here!

The KC RIM SHOP how amazing , they have the best service i have ever had at a used and new tire shop. They get you in and out fast and the prices are affordable . I really appreciated the respect they gave me as a women I have had alot of problems in the past , but not here the employees are kind and courteous. THANKS KC RIM SHOP
