I had new tires put on tuesday.work was on time and prices wewre great.I will be working with them again .

Went in one day to pick out four used tires for my SUV. They showed me two sets, one for 180.00 (had dry rot all around the edges) and one for 240.00 (better condition and no dry rot). I told then I would take the 240.00 set and they said they would set them aside and put them on for me the next day. I paid them money down to hold them for me and I went in the next day. The total for all four tires with install was around 300.00. When they pulled it out of the garage the tires were all shined up with some kind of soapy substance that made them appear to be nicer than they were. I never suspected anything and drove home. When I got there the wet appearance had worn off and I discovered they had actually put the 180.00 tires on with the dry rot around the edges. The left front almost immediately went flat and will not hold air. I emailed them and to date have not heard a peep from them regarding my issue.



They either played bait and switch with me or were grossly incompetent in putting the tires I paid for on my vehicle. For them to never respond to my email is truly telling as to what happened here. Crooked people will never succeed. They may make money for a while, but eventually these kinds of underhanded practices will come home to roost.



Run, don't walk, from doing business with these people.

Customer service are awesome, Got 2 used tires this morning and they got me in and out within 15m. Very nice people

Got a leveling kit and wheels and tires done on my husband truck and they did an amazing job and fast.. Everyone is super friendly

Terrible customer service. Owner called me on my phone using profanity after one of his employees threw a tire down and splashed nasty crap all over my face and clothes. The man who owns this business is a real winner. Avoid this business.

MY BOYFRIEND TOOK MY CAR (DODGE CHARGER) TO KC RIM SHOP ON 100 N CHESNUT ST, BELTON MO 64012 ON 7/9/15 AND PAID THESE PEOPLE ABOUT 160 HE SAID FOR TWO USED TIRES...THAT FOLLOWING NIGHT AROUND 12:30AM IM DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY AND MY CAR STARTS RIDING ROUGH AND I PULL OVER AND THE TIRE HAS SLID OFF OF THE RIM...IM ALMOST 6 MONTHS PREGNAT AND ANYTHING COULD OF HAPPENED...I HAD A GUY LOOK AT THE TIRE AND HE SAID IT WASNT INSTALLED PROPERLY NOR AIRED UP PROPERLY...I GOT CHARGED EXTRA FOR BEAD SEALER WHICH CLEARLY DIDNT WORK....MY BOYFRIEND THEN CALLS THEM AND TELLS THEM ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED THEN HE SAID A GUY SAID HE CANT DO ANYTHING WITHOUT A RECEIPT WHICH MY BOYFRIEND THREW OUT THE WINDOW HE SAID CAUSE HE DIDNT THINK ANYTHING WOULD HAPPEN TO IT...ITS UNERSTANDABLE A RECIPT PROVES EVERYTHING...IM A STORE MANAGER SO I KNOW HOW IT WORKS BUT ALSO THERE IS NO PROOF HE WASNT THERE WITH THEIR SECURITY CAMERAS INSTALLED...WHICH I KNOW WORK THESE PLACES DO IS STORE IN THE COMPUTER TO...ON TOP OF THAT MY CAR IS NOT FORGETABLE...MY 20' CHROME RIM WAS ALSO DAMAGED...THEY ARE GOING TO REMEMBER IT...THEY SAID MY BOYFRIEND THREATENED THEM BUT HE TOLD ME ALL HE DID WAS HANG UP ON SOME GUY...I THEN CALLED MYSELF TO FIGURE OUT WHATS GOING ON AND SPOKE WITH A LADY WHO SAID THEY WOULD BE GLAD TO "LOOK" ONCE HE APOLOGIZES AND DELETES HIS BAD REVIEW OFF OF GOOGLE...THIS IS NOT THE WAY BUSINESS IS RAN...THIS COULD OF BEEN MY LIFE AND THESE PEOPLE ACT LIKE THEY DONT CARE...ALL I WAS ASKING WAS FOR ALL OF THIS TO BE FIXED...NOT BE TOLD I HAVE TO TAKE A BAD REVIEW OFF OR I WONT BE HELPED...THESE PEOPLE NEED HELP...HOPE THEY GET IT TOGETHER & ACTUALLY WANT TO HELP PEOPLE INSTEAD OF ROB THEM FOR THEIR MONEY...I TRIED TO BE NICE BUT NOW THIS WILL GO FURTHUR...THEY DONT EVEN NEED 1 STAR AS A RATING....NEVER AGAIN

Terrible customer service, rude and insulting and do not stand behind the products they sell. You've been warned.

I went to buy inexpensive tires for my brother-in-laws car. Got 2 used tires for $45 each with less then half tread...for $8 more I could have gotten new tires at Walmart. The place is not cheap.

I came in to get a remote start installed in my car, and they threw another one in for free. They always have great used tires, and are great at finding me the best deal for what I need, not what they can make the most money on.

This place sold me a tire with a hole in it, then when I found out, they told me I must have run over something and it wasn't their fault. They refused to cooperate with me, and basically said it's my fault, sorry. Terrible business.

Sold my daughter a used tire with a huge plug..not patch..for 70 and it went flat next day. I believe they took advantage of her.

I call for a set of used tires the lady on the phone told me they only have pairs and pairs so i went in to take a look and the employee found me a matching sets so i was thrill and the price was excellent!!!!!!

what a cute little local shop ! not only did they take great care of me they also gave me the best deals . The minute i walked in I knew I had come to the right place , they are very helpfull not intimidating at all , really made me feel welcomed , kudos to kc rim shop for giving us a great local family owned shop !

Just went there a couple weeks ago for there used tires I wasn't sure about them at first but left the place happy and the owner is willing to work with me on pricing.

HORRIBLE, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and OVER PRICED! Don't waste your time going there! I have read the reviews on this company on other sites and the owner response back to customers bad reviews by being vulgar and threatening! I wish I would have done my homework on this company before I wasted my time.

Im personally a member of kc rim shop and i can honestly say this is one of the best businesses with the best employees we have a fun-filled environment even for the kids and we take care of all customers like friends come on out and well prove me right!!!!

to show up. I got the about 720pm. They treated me great and with good attitude even with me being late. I really am happy with the service and people
