I've been going to Jim's for three years now and I've never had an issue. They've done maintenance on both of my vehicles multiple times with no issues. The lady at the counter has always been very polite and cheery and I've never been hassled while there.

I bought a vehicle from this shop...When I went for a test drive I noticed a miss in the engine...I talked to Jim about this problem and he said he would fix it. Later he told me that he put new spark plugs, wires, and Coil pack. I was pretty satisfied with this...Although the vehicle still ran pretty badly...I took the vehicle to Firestone and had it looked over and they told me that no work had been done to it. Also Jim was supposed to have a brake lever ordered and installed in my vehicle...That never happened....Another time I refered my brother in law to the dealer before I found all this out...Jim acted very rudely to my brother in law and asked him if he had money to pay for a car that he wanted...Jim did not let him drive the car because he just got it washed and didn't want it to get dirty.



Bottom line is that dealing with this business was a very bad experience and any persons dealing with this business must take care not to get involved without knowing all the details.
