Furniture Deals has some of the best delivery men I’ve ever encountered. I moved from Long Beach California to Missouri and I also your New Mexico so I’ve dealt with moving company in the past. These movers are careful not to scratch your floors or make any kind of stuff marked on anything. They make sure the furniture is placed where you want it and then asked you to look at it to be absolutely sure. If you’re not satisfied with where it’s at, they will place it in the position you want just to make you happy. I also like the fact that they are still very courteous. You can tell they have good parents.

More local than huge places like Nebraska furniture mart but big enough to have a selection. Good prices and friendly sales associates. Appreciated that they didn’t feel “plastic” or pushy when helping us

This was not our first delivery from Furniture Deals! It was just as we previously had. We already know we are going back shortly for another bedroom set. We have never had any problem with anything with Furniture deals. Pamela, at the Belton, Mo. showroom was excellent as were the 2 gentlemen that deliver the furniture. We certainly will recommend you to family and friends.

Our experience with the Belton location has been great overall. We received excellent customer service experience from the very first time we walked in, purchase was great, delivery was great and we absolutely love our furniture! We were referred and now we will refer others.

I had a good experience with Furniture Deals. In the Belton location we were helped but not bothered, there is a difference & we were able to discuss as a family what we wanted without being pressured. The loan process with Wells Fargo bank was a pain but the guys were apologetic for that. My couch was delivered on time but unfortunately had a scratch but I just emailed customer service and they had sent a new one out to me as soon as possible. I love my couch!

This place is a rip off. They don't allow you to pay your furniture off ahead of time, instead of paying the furniture off, your payments go towards their fees, so it takes a very long time to pay the furniture off. The district manager in Belton is a B**** and she is very rude but the other sales people are very nice and helpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone, you would have better luck at a different furniture store that sells Ashley furniture or whatever brand and that actually lets you pay your furniture off when you have the money. I will never do business with these people ever again.
