One of the cleanest daycare facilities in the area. Friendly customer service. The teachers provide good supervision and learning activities for the children. It is a little pricey, but it is worth it.

Run like the Dickens as far aw...

Run like the Dickens as far away from this place.

The managnment of this facility ( i believe it is a woman named crystal) has the worst people skills i have ever seen in a place of business such as this. When I think of child care providers I do not want to see images of, unsecure doors, cluttered main area that is hard to walk through, parked cars on the road right next to a sign that states NO PARKING, But then again is she could pull her head out of facebook long enough to breathe she would see some of the concerns that others see. The parents who have children should feel safe while their children are there. This parent is starting to lose that feeling, all of this can change in my opnion with a managnment change. Next issue is the way the staff is treated I can not believe that all the teachers don't get together and go over head to have some things changed. I know of several occasions were the managnment team has shown lack of concern for the staff and the children that are there.

Overal rating is horriable. building is a very nice building , teachers that i have meet, are very professional, but seem to be seem to be restricted by upper managnment. you can actually feel this when entering the building. Every body looks to the front before they have any type of long conversation with a parent. WOW really!! I thougfht the time of HILTER was over.

Hidden truth

The current management at the belton creative world school in Belton Missouri is more worried about the ability to impress the corporate office during inspections, than the safety or education of the children that are going there. When i can show up to pick up my children and the doors are open, because the computer system used for checking them in and out is not working, so management decides to block a door open so their facebook session does not get enterupted. That is a violation of safety for my children and all the children that go there. This i witnessed while i stood there and watch kids walking out into the hallway between the safety doors, the manager had their back to the window messaging her friends on facebook. She needs to be delt with then maybee someone can run this facility in a way that is more concerned about the childrens safety and education, than whats on the walls to impress corporate!

Focused on all the wrong things

Although a beautiful facilty, the school is focused on all the wrong things. Everything is overly structured and outward appearances are much more important that the care and creativity of the children. The teachers are stifled, and must follow strict protocol from what the children are allow to color right down to when the cups are allowed to be placed on the table at lunchtime. Not only do they treat their staff like robots, they expect the children to respond to the overly controlled environment like little soldiers. The staff turnover rate is unbelievable, but understandable from this reviewers standpoint. When my daughter was there for a brief time in 2008-9, they had lost ALL THREE Pre-K teachers within a few months, not to mention many of the other staff as well. This was when I began to see this was not the place for us. My daughter then attended a school that was not as new or ""state of the art""..however everybody was so relaxed and happy...and the core staff is still in place now that my son attends. Creative World is just not a very happy place.

We feel confident in entrusting them with our children.

Our two daughters are currently attending this facility and love it. We started shortly after the facility opened. I interviewed and visited numerous area preschools prior to our selection and was most impressed with this facility. We are extremely happy with our choice and we highly recommend it to other parents. The staff is caring with the children and supportive of each other. The communication with the parents is very open with each teacher as well as the office staff. The teachers our children have had are experienced and have done an excellent job managing their classrooms. ……
