I don't know where this company got our name and address they came to our home unauthorized and said our heater was faulty they removed a switch and installed another one. Today is July9th 2008 on July4th we had family over and the heater was working great. I confronted the workers and asked them what they were doing. They said they had a call for repair. They had no proof of such call. They broke our heater now it will not work. I have reported them to the BBB and am contacting an attorney in the morning. The owner is extremely rude. I advise you to seek service elsewhere. Bluesprings pool is very good.



After reviewing the situation they replaced the switch we agreed upon price. Then they refunded our money.
