We've been seeing Dr. Gassman and this office for 15 years. Dr. Gassman is always current on latest pediatric news and is able to treat all the issues my family and kids have faced. Please remember, she is your CHILD's doctor, not your personal servant in medicine. They are there to treat the kids, not the parents. I want someone who cares about and knows my children, and that's what we have had for 15 years. I'm going to be sad when they grow up and we are no longer seeing Dr. Gassman or the staff-many of whom have been there as long as we have, which tells you A LOT.

At one of our appointments, Dr. Gassman asked some personal questions, such as favorite color and favorite sports and it began upsetting my oldest daughter because she didn't want to tell her personal (NON-Medical information), so I asked her to skip the personal questions. She tried to explain to me why they asked those and I told her to skip the questions anyway. She continued to discipline my daughter right in front of me. I took her to the side and sternly explained she is NEVER to speak to my daughters again, but to speak to only us, the parents, then we never went back. Also, the ladies at the desk were also argumentative and very unprofessional when I went to pick up the girl's medical records.
