Provided by YP.comWe were given different prices by different people it just seems there is no consistence there at all. It seemed that all Madison Road Clinic wanted to do is take a guess and charge. They were more concerned about making money and not the care of the pet.

Provided by YPmobileWe've been taking our beloved dog here for almost eight years- each year she gets her annual exam there plus extra appointments whenever there is a problem. The staff there is caring, thorough, professional and always fits her in when a need arises. I'm very picky and one thing I notice is that the assistants/front desk people and the head veterinarian have been working there for a long time and also seem very friendly and care about what they do. I don't hesitate to recommend this veterinary clinic to my friends.

Provided by YP.comI went to Madison Road Vet 6 years ago, I thought highly of them until they told me a bunch lies about my German Shepherd mix. He was very sick from the time I bought him until I finally had to put him down 4 years later and about $3,000 dollars in vet bills later to 3 different vets. I was told he was healthy and would out grow his diarrhea problem, He never did out grow it and he stopped eating and started vomiting. I ended taking him to Prairie Animal Hospital and they took x-rays and found his intestines all twisted and told me there was no guarantee that he would survive the surgery.. I just want to say..THANKS TO MADISON ROAD VETS.. I Lost a damn good dog.. and they lost my services..Thanks for nothing!! I would NOT recommend this vet to anyone!!!

Provided by YPmobileI was told that they didn't like pitbulls, and ima tell you right now that's a lie. My mom and I both have pitbulls and they treat them so nice. They are always happy to see the dogs. My dog had heartworm when I rescued him, and when I took him to them they were more then happy to help me save his life.
All I know is don't believe everything you hear.

Provided by YP.comThis vet clinic was recommended to us by a friend when we moved here three years ago. We take both of our cats here and can't say enough great things about the service recieved! We have been to other vets and know this isn't always the case elsewhere. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Ray is very personable and gives his opinion without being forceful or condescending. They are always extrememly up front about the cost and all options available. We are so pleased with the service and care at the Madison Road Vet Clinic.

Provided by YP.comI would highly recommend Madision Road Vet Clinic for all pet needs. In the past few months we have had two older dogs. Our Golden stroked out this past Nov, could not get anyone to respond on the emergency number at our former vet, called this facility...they were there in 10 minutes at 430AM. They were so kind and treated Hannah and our family with respect and love. Hannah had to be put down. They provided her to us a week later in a beautiul hand carved wooden box. Then Abby 13 1/2 year old yellow lab was in heart failure, also back in Nov. Again nobody anwered at the former vet emergency number. Again, we called this facility at 9PM at night and they met us in 15 minutes. Abby was treated and provided the professional care and medications to allow us to enjoy her company until today when we had to have her put down. Her heart was too enlarged and she could no longer breath effectively. Everyone at the facility today treated Abby and I like family. Dr. Ray is a wonderful, kind, caring man. I looked up and he was crying right along with me. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY FOR ALL PET NEEDS. They truely care and treat you as part of there family. By the way, my dogs were large dogs too, both of them:) Thank you Madison Vet Clinic, I will never forget how you cared for our loved ones.

Provided by YP.comMy daughter took our large dog there and they were treated like an "attach team". There were small breed dogs in the waiting area and they were barking at our dog. Our dog never barked nor made any aggressive behavior her entire visit. The office manager proceeded to separate her from the remaining clients even though she was assured that there was no danger from our dog. We we informed that she is a small dog person and doesn't like big, bully breed dogs.
This was our first and last visit here.
