I had a terrible experience when I went to Bliss. I dropped off my car to be inspected. I was not given a quote before he did work on it, I was not asked if it was alright whether or not he did work on it. After several days I called to ask when I would get my car back and asked for a quote and what he had done. He said I could pick it up on the end of the week. He did not give me a quote. He did not give me a recorded log of the hours he had put into it or what he had done to it. Then he said I should leave whatever amount I could live with myself with. He then proceeded to call me several more times until I picked up my car to tell me things such as, "talking to you is too stressful on me", "Pick up your keys and get out", "you gave the other mechanic hundreds of dollars to work on your car, why not me?", "There's nothing wrong with you car, I thought you just wanted an annoyance fixed." He never gave me a quote, when I picked up my car, without ever finding out any concrete documentation that he'd even done any work on my car, he said, "I hope you can live with yourself." He was emotionally volatile and unprofessional.
