Provided by YP.comI bought a smart phone when I renewed my contract with Verizon 2 weeks ago. My second phone was a flip phone for my wife, who lets our 78 year old friend use it because he has no home phone. I asked if the flip phone were free and was told it was. I see on my bill that I am being charged 8+ dollars per month for that phone, for 2 years. I was ripped off by verizon and am going back to the verizon store today. Something has to be done to keep salesmen from misleading elderly people.
