Stay away from Shipers, I have needed lawyers several times in my life and have always been happy with them until I found this one.

He accepted me as a client, he sent me to the dentist for an exam ( for the law suit) then he disappeared. the dentist said I definitely have a case so that was not the problem. He just thought he was not going to get paid enough, it was not a million dollar suit.

He handled this incorrectly, instead of telling me he no longer wished to represent me he just decided to ignore me. My bet he could not handle the work load so he took all my x-rays and dentists notes, that I needed and ignored me.

The first time I met him he was ok, just a bit of a slob, he could not even sit through a half hour meeting without eating candy and getting it all over the place.

He treated me like I was not there. Bragging how much of a friend he was with another lawyer until I told him that that lawyer was a friend of mine.

What a joke. Just stay away, I never did get my property back, so he is a thief also.
