Speedy Appliance representative came to our house and claimed to have fixed our viking stove. When we checked it still had the same issues. They billed us a $1000 even thought they still had to fix it with a supposedly expensive part. They added the part and the issue is still not resolved and I am still being billed $1000. I checked with another appliance vendor. The work they did should hot have cost more than $450, and they completely misdiagnosed the issue, omitting to change another essential component. My advice - stay clear of them.

I usually use this company for my refrigerator, so when my washing machine broke, I called them. A different service man came & replaced a pump and charged me $499.90. He was here 1 hour. I found the part online and it only costs $111.00. This was a crime. I will never call them again for anything other than my refrigerator -- as that man is honest.
