If you're looking for the corporate run around, this is the place for you. Seriously took me 2 1/2 weeks to get someone to swap our container. No one who answers the phone knows anything about anything. Can't wait for contract to be up!

This is possibly the most inconsiderate company I've ever dealt with. They are too big to be friendly. No one answers the phone. If you are able to get through, your requests are not fulfilled for days if not weeks. Took two weeks for a simple dumpster exchange... wouldn't be so bad if someone would at least be honest about what you sign up for in the beginning. Just empty promises and no accountability.
