The cashier was rude, the prices are high (much higher than GameStop), the trade-in values are poor, the wait time is long, the selection is poor compared to other video game carriers. Overall I can't recommend this over GameStop or any other place that sells games. Five years ago this place was great but it's really gone down hill within the past two years.
