I have worked with John and Jean from John's Chem-Dry for a few years now, and still have nothing but positive things to say about them and the carpet cleaning services that they provide. Definitely one of Bellingham's best.

John has been cleaning our carpets for 22 years. He has always done an exceptional job and our carpets still look like new when he is finished-- even after 22 years, 5 dogs and some very bad carpet accidents. He is always pleasant, friendly and efficient.

Thoughtful, thorough, professional work. Carpet looked great, no surprise charges, and completely willing to address our specific concerns. They arrived early (and we live out in east county), finished quickly, and even returned without any hassel when a spot came up (which John warned could happen). I plan to recommend them to anyone in need of cleaning services, even to my dear mother-in-law who has a reputation for being relentlessly particular. Thank you for a job well done!

Their service was professional, efficient and friendly. They worked within our budget and were flexible with the estimate. The carpets looked like new (much better than when we bought the house.) We are very satisfied with the end result and would use them again and recommend them to anyone. The only down-side was that we had to re-schedule our initial appointment because they got delayed by a previous job.

I have been using John's Chem Dry for many years. They keep my old carpets clean and looking newer. They are dependable, efficient and offer solutions for removing carpet stains. I have a large house that includes stairs and within a couple hours the job is done and my carpets are looking new again.

We used John's Chem Dry to clean our office carpets. It had been years and there was a lot of ground in dirt and discoloration in "pathways" where people had come and gone. The offices look completely different, the carpets look new.Cannot say enough how impressed we are with their work.

I was ready to throw my carpet away--I'm so glad I didn't--it looks new now, thanks to John's Chem-Dry. They did a fantastic job. We have two big dogs and 3 cats and it showed--now you can't tell by looking at the carpet! I love the fact that the carpets dry so fast and I love that the process is pet safe. Wonderful married couple runs this business together and has been our (and my parents') carpet cleaners for years. Incredibly reliable and personable. Prices are comparative or lower than competitors and their coupons! Locally owned and just plain great to work with.
