John Wiley came out at 8 pm tonight. I live in a bottom floor condo and I was bailing water out of my sink as fast I could. John assessed that this wasn't a "my condo" problem (I'm just at the bottom of the tree trunk) and he remedied it. He was personable and cleaned up everything. He even rescues animals! Can't recommend highly enough!!

John was out to our home yesterday. A clogged sewer line of some sort. John spent well over 3 hours digging. A very complex situation. He didn't give up until problem solved! A very nice, honest man who keeps you informed at every step along the way. Thus is the second time we've used John. Highly recommend him to everyone!!!

Quick, polite, knowledgeable, reasonable price. Helped me problem solve the issue on the phone to make sure a drain service was what it needed, how much it might cost, and what else it might be at worst case. I would most definitely call them again for drain issues.

John is amazing. Very knowledgeable and, most important, is not looking to rip off customers. We had a well known plumber tell us we needed major repair work on our line (approx. 10,000 dollars). We had a trench (9 feet deep) dug out of our front yard before we realized that maybe we were getting bad advice from the plumber. We called John and in less than an hour he had the line unplugged and the cost was well under 200 dollars. To top it off, he is a super nice guy. I only wish he worked on cars as well.

I have had Best Rooter out to deal with plugged lines a few times over the years. The 1st time, my sewer backed up. I had one company come out and they wanted to replace my entire sewer line for a cost of just over $10,000. I decided to get a second opinion and called Best rooter. They came out, looked down the line with their camera and found some roots from my big tree in the front yard getting into the pipe. They ran their line machine through and I havent had a problem since. (That was over 5 years ago.) And it only cost about $250.00. About a year or so ago, our bathroom sink got plugged up so we called them up again and they came right out and got it cleared in a jiffy.

We have used Best Rooter Service for all of our rental properties for over ten years and have always been very pleased.

I have hired Best Rooter Service a few times, I will continue to use them for all of my camera and line clearing work. They are always professional and very speedy. The pipe bursting is also very cool.
