The most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with!! 2 weeks of going back and forth I was told the property was available and finally got a viewing and told there were no pending applications. 5 minutes after the viewing I go to their office with a check for the application fee and a cashiers check for the security deposit just to be told that the property was taken and they never should have shown it to me. Hours missed from work, time at the bank, a fee paid for the cashiers check, wasted gas, and mileage!! I would NEVER recommend Bayview to anyone!!

Beware of these crooks!! I had a whole cleaning crew of people come into the place I rented as I moved out and I left the place cleaner than when I moved in...They made up all kind of things racking up to over 720.00!! I heard terrible things about this property management, but I'm the kind of person who likes to have faith in people.. I was only in the apartment 9 months..I even tried helping them find a person to move into the place to keep the flow of business... I wish now I really had not shared the management was great.. I'm terribly hurt that even a single mother of 2 children has to go through this... I cleaned that place spotless, but that's how management works when you have bad owners.. I only know because I too worked as an assistant manager for a complex.. SAD SAD SAD:-( I was so appreciative of getting into the place. I'm disgusted with their business and will be sure to let all know of it... Everyone was right. They were slow to fix issues with the place..When I moved into the place, I had to take hair out of the bathroom tub that God only knows how long was there, I had to clean the kitchen, under the stove and behind the fridge because there was so much dirt and build up, you could see it just standing there, and the stove would smoke like a chimney when I turned it on...BE VERY AWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!! They seriously are the worst property management I have dealt with. If you choose to rent from them, just be sure to take several pictures of the place before and after like I did... I'm not sure at this point if they're worth my time, but I do know that I left that place nicer than when I rented it and I don't owe them a cent.. TAKE THE MONEY, BAYVIEW. Shame on you for placing people under so much stress. I can see doing things like this to people who really do harm a unit but not a person or anyone who worked so hard to show you guys my children and I appreciated your getting us into the apartment. I'm deeply saddened and you should be ashamed.

shame on you bayview! i knew when i moved into the house, yard unmowed, clothes in the dryer, and walls/counters unscrubbed that your business practices were subpar. the property managers are unpolished and completely unaware that renters are their customers. i've repeatedly asked them to contact us before they send someone out to the house...yesterday THREE different service people showed up unnanounced. when i confronted the property manager she asked "what do you want me to do about it?"

we rent because we relocated from out of state and want to get a feel for the area before we buy. bayview property management has treated us as second class citizens since the beginning. these slum lords allowed my family of 6 to move into a house with a septic tank built for two; we were well into november before we finally got heat. i could go on and on, but you get my drift.

please, don't give these unscrupulous people your hard earned money.

Ahh, where to begin... the property manager used intimidation tactics in attempts to remove surveillance equipment, they took THREE WEEKS to fix a clogged sink forcing me to wash my dishes in the upstairs bathtub, never returned the deposit back on time, had poor attitude carrying maintenance workers, ILLEGALLY tried to charge for damage that was noted on the move in sheet .. these are just the big complaints about Bayview. TENANTS, KNOW YOUR RIGHTS! tenantsunion dot org/rights ** I would be ashamed to have such degenerates working for me!!! **

Bayview is the worst place I have ever experienced with renting. There is nothing good to say from contact responses, maintenenance, lack of responsibility, horrible treatment of tenants and worst, many attempts to fraud tenants for repairs they are not responsible for. Bayview tried to stick me with nearly $1,500 in fraudulent charges when I vacated. It was only after threatening them with legal escalation, and their own investigation of finding out how IN THE WRONG THEY WERE, did they fold and send us the money they had long been clutching to for illegal and unethical purposes. I would advised anyone and everyone to stay VERY far away from Bayview and if you chose to mess with them I can say I TOLD YOU SO. Have fun.

Not For Condominiums, Please

Whatever you do, do not chose this apartment, residential residence company to help you manage your condominiums.



They violated nearly every clause in their contract with us; failing totally to honour our govering documents.



Their budget for the next year, which they delivered late in January (not in November as our documents dictated) allocated $7,000 for landscaping and $2,000 for window washing, with not nearly that amount being allocated to our reserves! This is in an anual budget of less than $50,000. They overshot our budget amount for landscaping the first year, spending more than $5,000 against a $1,000 budget (for 12 months' service???; they ordered unnecessary garbage service which cost us about 500% more than we needed.



Their focus is on curb appeal, as it should be for rental properties. They are deeply inadequate for condominium management given their lack of expertise and often lack of knowledge of state condominium law, or condominium best practices.
