I am a mother of a WWU, Bellingham student, who rented from the Adams'. During the course of their rental, these three guys had absolutely no help from the property management firm when needed. They kept the house and yard up as best they could, very excited to have a house of their own. I personally helped my son clean the house from top to bottom until it was spotless as they were moving out. The Adams' Property Management firm took almost every penny of their security deposit, citing yardwork and ? for the charges. Subsequently, the follow-on renters were treated exactly the same. Although the Adams' come on as a lovely couple, wanting to assist students....BEWARE... they take advantage of kids who are trying their best to abide by the rules. Not a very good experience in ethics for college students.
