Not even one star.
Horrible, horrible service. Unprofessional, and unprepared.
Call real professionals, or you WILL be sorry

Crystal Clear was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Chad had his guys out within about 45 mins of the first call. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Rotor Rooter charge more then then 2x/double for essentially the same thing about a year ago.

Started with a leak in the downstairs apartment, the geniuses that came decided that the problem was the toilet in the second floor apartment across the hall from us. After what sounded like a demolition going on across the hall, my bathroom door slammed shut (my bathroom is opposite), I went into my bathroom and saw their snake flailing around - they had broken through the bottom side of my toilet, damaged a brand new cabinet we just bought and demolished the waste basket. I ran across the hall to inform them that they had messed up big time and they came over and pretty much just shrugged it off. The landlord showed up and told them that they had to get a new toilet for my apartment (as well as the one they pulled from the apartment across the hall). I told the "plumber in charge" about the damage to my ($65) cabinet and he said, I quote, "Na, where not paying for that." After about 45 minutes the two buffoons finally got my toilet out and they said they'd be back in "a few hours" with a new toilet. They said they had to go Boston to get a new toilet - our apartment is in Bellingham, MA - I told them (as did the landlord) that there was a Home Depot and a Lowes within 8 miles either way, and head buffoon said "Are you gonna pay for it ?" - I said "No, I didn't break it." - his reply was "Then I'm getting it from the supply house in Boston". I used to work for a plumbing company in the area, there are numerous plumbing supply houses in the area in addition to Lowes and HD. Who knows when they'll come back with a toilet - I hope they have the sense to get a white one....with a seat. Avoid these guys at ALL costs.

These guys use to work for some other "big drain company" that always took too long to respond and charged alot for their services. Chad decided to start his own company because he knew that he could do better - and he has in response time, service and price. I use him commercially and exclusively!!!
