Purchased a Cooktop from Sears on black Friday 2016. 1st delivery and install was delayed for whatever reason I forgot. Setup another install date 3 weeks later because they had no earlier appointments even though I left several messages in a 2 week time span after the initial delay, which they never called back. The day prior to install, I called their 1800-287-6706 customer service number (waited over 45 minutes) to confirm appointment date because it's a Saturday and I have a ton of errands to run. The lady confirmed the date and I received the 4 hour window call.

The day of install/delivery I waited at the house the entire day and they just never showed up. They didn't even bother to call so an entire weekend day was ruined by these guys. I called the customer service number and waited over an hour and no one answered. I called Sears customer service and they are clueless.

I ended up cancelling the item because waiting 1 and half months for a simple delivery and install of a cooktop is beyond ridiculous. I left a complaint with Sears customer service at [email protected] and I hope they stop using this company because they are awful.

Wow really bad services, our installations appt was schedule for today between 12-5 pm and I called to find out the ETA at 4:20 pm n their message said they were already closed... then I call Sears n the rep is telling me that this unprofessional company cancelled my appt without even calling me to inform me... I took the day off from work to be here and this unprofessional company does what ever they want with customers, they have no respect for anyone. a person by the name of Lorie was very unprofessional and disrespectful with me on the phone when I called, and to top it off they keep you on hold forever and then the call drops so u need to call them again until someone answers to speak to you and when they answer they have an attitude!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

No stars. these people suck. They are unreliable and dishonest. We bought our range hood from Lowes and they were supposed to install it. One month later they still have our range hood and it isn't installed. They consistently fail to do what they are supposed to do. I even had the manager from Lowes cal them and set up an appointment. They call me the night before and try to change the time, which I can't do because I already set my schedule based on their appointment time. then they say if I won't agree to the new time, it will be another week.

Orange County is being held hostage to the only Appliance Installations. Kepco will not give you a four window for installations. You must take the whole day off and wait for the installer. Big rip off installer in town
