ABS Auctions was great until we had our first problem. We bid on a car that was guaranteed 100% clean. Then about 8 hours later they show it has bad transmission problems. They failed to cancel our bid and then tell us to come pickup our new car. This is completely unacceptable - if you have a material change in the condition of the item sold, you need to CANCEL ALL PENDING BIDS. This is common sense and they are out of control. So they admit to the change in the condition and yet they tell us it is our problem. No judge would ever allow this. They are wrong and they need to fix this.
