SHOWER WATER WOULD NOT TURN OFF! EMERGENCY CALL

Local Bellevue Plumber Walts plumbing took my emergency call at 8am one monday morning. I recently had my tile replaced in the shower, I knew the water handle was acting funny. I got up to take my morning shower and the water would not turn off. I live in a condo so I was unable to turn the water off to the building for a couple of hours. Walt fit me in after his first call of the day. found out I needed a cylinder part that goes behind the handle. Water turns off and on now and temperature can be regulated. COST of repair $120.00 He is so very honest and got the job done right. I will use this company again.

DON'T BOTHER

I am in the insurance claims business and when I called this plumbing company....they were too busy - which translate into your job is to small for me to bother. Come on you never know who you are turning down or how many other "JOBS" they have the potential to give you. this many also be the reason the business does not have any other reviews

NO TIME FOR YOUR was his response within 1 minute of a phone conversation.I called to see if they move the toilet 1 to 2 feet on the second floor with wood paneling below to my shock he responded back with anger and said "We are too busy and don't have time to do anything for you" He was rude and mean. I called back to verify they were Walt's plumbing and he got angry and started yelling telling me they couldn't do any work and didn't have time for a toilet.
