the service provided by republic has been good up until the snow storm and, then there is no service at all. for 2 weeks i have been waiting for republic to show up and pick up the trash. my barrel is full and there is no where else to put the trash. they service our area once a week. they robo called and said that they would pick up trash only, yesterday. i saw the truck in the neighborhood but, he backed up and the trash was never collected. i called this morning and they said that i have to wait until next week for trash pick up and they will not refund my money for the 2 weeks that they neglected to pick up the trash. i do not want to have to leave refuse/trash outside the barrel because it will attract mice. raccoons, crows etc and it will strewn across the neighborhood. this is negligent! the mail man and ups is able to service this neighborhood, why not republic?
