Mr. Phipps is awesome. I learned about him through a co-worker who he has helped on many occassions with traffic violations. My 18 year old son drove for two years without any issues and then within 3 months received three traffic violations. We hired Andrew Phipps and somehow he managed to make all three tickets go away. If you need a good attorney to help you keep your driving record clean you should give him a call. I hope I never need him again but if anyone in my family gets a ticket I will be calling him for help.
