My fiance was referred to them from a friend we trust, but she will never refer anyone to them again. My fiance is a sweet guy and they sold him an anniversary style ring with 0.4 ct diamonds for $2k. After he surprised me with the ring, I looked around and he could have got the same ring from a reputable online seller for $700. Dacels didn't even give him an appraisal that showed what the quality level of the diamonds are. I don't even know if the rocks in my ring are diamonds at all, or if it's even 14K gold!
