It is not everyday that you can say you had a great experience at a dentist, unless we are talking about Brookside . Very professional, organized, and knowledgeable from the moment you walk in the door until they are all done giving you great dental care.

Dr. Cindy Pauley is hands down, the best dentist I've ever had. I've had numerous dental issues as a child which resulted in follow up and replacement work as an adult. Dr. Cindy is simply amazing and so far above the caliber of other dentists that I have no hesitation in highly recommending her. She is a perfectionist and insists on a pain free, comfortable experience. Finally, a dental experience that is pleasant!

Dr Brian Cave blends that rare mix of professionalism and dedication while being open and friendly. Recently I had a dental emergency at home that required me to call Dr Brian for help. He determined over the phone that I likely needed to be seen by an endodontist for a root canal. Dr Brian called the endodontist and then got back to me to update me and advise me on what to do. I expect my healthcare providers to be technical experts. But what I seek out is a doctor and staff that respect me as the patient and let me play a role in determining my health needs and required services. I get that every time I go see Dr Brian.

Dr. Cindy Pauley and Dr. Brian Cave are a wife/husband dynamic dental duo that have further developed Brookside Dental to be even more warm, caring and professional. All three of my children have been going here as well as their parents. That’s a combined total of over 75-years!

Their dental office is beautiful. You feel like you’re entering a home living room, complete with a fire place and refreshments as well as toys and furniture for the kids! They recently made a significant financial investment to make their office more accessible to wheelchair users as well as older patients and those of us who may be temporarily using crutches. This is concrete proof that all types of patients will feel valued here. Brookside Dental has my highest recommendation!

I have been going to Brookside for over 13 years now and have consistently enjoyed every experience. I really enjoy the fact that every time I walk in the front door, the receptionist welcomes me by my first name and a big smile. Then I go sit in the chair and Whitney always take incredible care cleaning my teeth and making sure I am never uncomfortable. She is fantastic! Lastly, I meet with Cindy Pauley each time who always is friendly and impresses me every time we converse. Overall, Brookside takes what often times can be a stressful time visiting the dentist and turns it into a friendly, easy, and fun experience.

Hard to describe how much I feel like Dr. Cindy is family -- like having a smarter, younger sister as a best-in-world dentist. I had tooth pain, and she saw me on a Saturday. She takes care of my whole family. Dental hygiene, tooth replacement, medical emergencies -- Dr. Cindy and her team do it all.

I went with Brookside Dental on the recommendation of a colleague when I first moved to Seattle/Redmond. Very glad I did. I am so pleased with their excellent service and caring attention that I have kept them as my dentist while living and working abroad. I have lived in Singapore for nearly 4 years now and they are very flexible and accommodating about getting me in for service when I come back into town usually on short notice. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Brookside Dental has by far the most authentic and caring group of dentists and dental hygienists. My dad has been with Brookside Dental for 20 years, and my entire family has switched over as well because there's a clear difference between the care we receive here compared to other dentists we've seen in the past. I have been going to Brookside Dental for over 20 years. More than just cleanings, have had a filling or two. I've had my gum line lasered back, I've had a Marylin bridge done and even a little composite added between my two front teeth. Dr. Cave is very gentle and I haven't had a bad experience yet. Everyone in the office is nice and accommodating and I really like their new scheduling system.

I absolutely LOVE Brookside Dental! For years I was one of those people with major anxiety about going to the dentist. Now I never worry. Claudia always recognizes and gives me a friendly greeting when I walk in the door. As soon as I sit in the chair I am made to feel comfortable and at ease by my hygenist and Dr. Brian is always super informative and easy to talk to when I have questions about my treatment plan. I work downtown Seattle and the drive to Bellevue is well worth it!

I've been going to Brookside for 20 years now and have zero complaints. Their receptionists, hygienists and dentists are very personable and I enjoy catching up with them at each visit. Some dread going to the dentist, but I honestly don't mind it. I have had a couple incidents needing immediate care (chipped teeth) and they have squeezed me in both times on short notice. They are very flexible and even came in once on their day off to fix my chipped front tooth. I highly recommend Brookside to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Dr Pauley has been my dentist for more than 15 years. She and her staff at Brookside are all fantastic. They care deeply for their patients, and this shows in the quality of their work. They've taken care of me through numerous cleanings, a few cavities, and an emergency or two. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Brookside Dental since I was 11 or 12 years old -- and I am now 29 years old! The hygienists are friendly, knowledgeable and talented. The front desk staff is great -- they have had the same amazing receptionist since I started going to Brookside Dental. I've had several abfractions filled by Dr. Pauley -- she does an amazing job. I've also had my teeth whitened with Brookside Dental and the results have been incredible. I can't stay enough great things about this dentist office. I feel like they are family -- but they are also amazing at what they do. I know I am in great hands with Brookside Dental. I would never even think about looking for a different dentist.

I have been a patient of Brookside Dental for over 25 years and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering changing dentists, or even anyone not considering changing dentists! Dr. Patricia Pauley, now retired, was my dentist originally. She was highly skilled and extremely personable. Dr. Cindy, her daughter, joined the practice several years ago, and she and her husband, Dr. Brian, have continued the tradition of excellence. When I got married, my wife was not too happy with her then dentist, so I recommended Brookside to her. She is now a patient of Dr. Cindy and is super pleased with her. When Dr. Pat retired, I became a patient of Dr. Brian and could not be more pleased with him. They have provided excellent dental care and they continue to improve and upgrade their skills and facilities to keep up with the latest advances in dentistry while maintaining their personal touch. The staff is friendly and organized. The office is clean, bright, and comfortable. I always leave there with a smile.
