I feel like the rooms were very clean. they have been kept very up-to-date and yes I would stay here again.

Went to immediate clinic for rash and pain on side. Diagnosed as shingles. Care was excellent and treatment was right on. Many thanks to a wonderful clinic

We were given an appointment quickly over the phone and seen very shortly after we arrived. I was concerned about the cut to her finger which my daughter had suffered at camp four days before. The woman who saw her was very nice, and said, stitches at the time would have been appropriate, but it was, in fact, healing nicely.

A couple of weeks after my bandage came off I could see I was left with a tag (protruding tissue) at the point of my injury. It made me regret not going to the hospital emergency room for stitches instead of this immediate clinic. At the time of my treatment I was led to believe I was seeing a real doctor.

I visited the Crossroads clinic in Bellevue WA on 6.24.2014 for an ear canal cleaning. I was greeted at the front desk with courtesy and enthusiasm. After filling out the customary paperwork, I was immediately taken to the exam room whereupon my vitals were taken prior to treatment. The MA and the PA were very professional and helpful in performing their duties and explaining the procedure. I will use this facility again whenever the need arises and/or I will recommend the office to others who might need these medical services. Good value

I was in and out very quickly, within an hour total I would say. The doctors and staff are very professional and respectful. I had no problem answering questions or giving them information. The Doctor was friendly and made the visit comfortable.

It was amazing! Not only was the whole staff super friendly. But they were quick ans efficient! I was very thankful they took care of me so well.

Best doctor visit I've ever had. I love the walk in experience because I can visit the doctor on my schedule. But the best part of the experience was the staff. The girls were all really friendly, went out of their way to get me taken care of, and were funny and personable. It made for a great overall experience - especially because they got me in and out of the clinic fast.

I had to wait for a while since there was only one doctor available. The receptionist was very friendly and polite. The PA was very clear and answered all my questions throughly. He was able to explain what the medicine will do and what I should do if the medicine didn't work. I felt very confident and secure with his explanations.

I visited the Bellevue site on two different Sunday's when my primary care doctor was unavailable. My experience both times were great. The staff from front desk to medical assistant and the doctor were all friendly yet professional at all times. I was treated with total respect and at no time felt rushed. It was so nice to have zero wait time and only have to pay my office co-pay. Such a difference from having to be seen at an ER!

Was not 100% sold on this place, but gave it a try and I'm glad I did. Clean, fast, friendly and knowledgable. Had a perfect first experience. Having two kids that play multiple sports there is no doubt I will be returning. Great new addition to Crossroads.

Excellent customer service and quick intake upon walk in. All the staff and doctors that I encountered were friendly and efficient in their work. Will definitely be going back in the future.

Came in because my condition that I was treated for 2 weeks ago was still not going away. Everyone was very nice and professional and explained why I was still ill. I felt better when I left, knowing that I was going to feel better soon with rest and time.

First off the clinic was difficult to find. I had to call for directions which was a little frustrating. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and helpful which made my experience pleasant and not intimidating. I would visit the clinic again and would recommend it to others!
