The staff and the owner, Rich were amazing!!! I dropped off my car when I was on my way to the airport for vacation and my car was done the day I got back into town. They ran into more unexpected damage when they started taking my car apart but they were able to get an approval from my insurance company and collected the funds and got the parts rushed during the holidays, which is typically impossible. Rich kept me in the loop on the status and I felt I was in very good hands. When I picked up my car it looked brand new and was detailed inside and out. I highly recommend this business.

I originally had high hopes about this location, I was SORELY shown otherwise. I spoke to their operator and was told to come on Saturday to have my car checked and could show up any time between 10 and 2, which I did no one was there. Made multiple phone calls to their emergency line, and after an hour of waiting a ERIC showed up. I was told he was there for an appointment and was told to wait. My friend spoke to him and explained our situation at that point we were told to take our business else where. Which we did if you want to be treated with respect and as a person go to Bellevue Auto rebuild which is next door. If not and like to be treated as less then a person go there. But don't say I didn't warn you!!

I went to Bel Red to get an estimate on my car and was welcomed by a very friendly and knowledgable staff. I could really tell that they truly care about their customers. I sat in the office for about 10 minutes while waiting for my estimate and watched the interaction between employee and customers coming in. What a busy shop! They had a genuine answer to every question asked and more. After a few days when I finally got my car back I was so pleased with the work. It actually looked better than before the accident.

I have been taking my cars here for years. I have never had a complaint with any of the work I have had done weather it was body repair, or custom work. The staff is friendly and always keep me updated on the status of my vehicles. They always seem really busy which I would say is a good sign in this economy. Thanks Bel-Red!

Helpful staff, experienced, and know their craft. I was very happy with the work I had done on my 02 Camry. Got into a small fender bender and had my car back in just a few days. I will recomend this shop.
