I was a customer for 5 years! My credit card information had expired and I attempted to change information online. Since there web site was not working properly, I was forced to call customer service. When the rep answered the phone she was rude, abusive and vulgar!! After being a customer for 5 years I was shocked and insulted by this type of customer service. When I called back and asked for a supervisor, I was told they would not speak with me. My advice is stay away fro accessline communications
