**AMAZING EXPERIENCE**
It was our first experience here. Very clean and free WIFI for starters. Having not been to the laundry mat many times in the past I was not prepared with anything to put my clean clothes in when they were ready but the attendant, Jackson, was quick to assist me with a solution when he saw me struggling. I will definitely come back for all my large wash needs!

very poor customer service

As I walked in to this store at 6:15, I was told they would be closing at 7. Not very welcoming. I felt as if I were intruding, Then I was informed of the hidden fees. Extra cost to purchase a 'card' , then put more money on it in order to use the facilities. For someone who only occasionaly needs to use this type of facility, there were no other options, I did in fact ask this question and felt as if this employee only wanted me to leave. So I did.

Let me start by apologizing for your unpleasant experience. I am the owner and I'm disappointed to hear this. I will be in touch with my employees immediately regarding this matter. In the mean time I would like to offer you a free laundry card with $10 worth of credit on it. Our last load hours are 7:30 pm during winter, so you should have never been told that you couldn't wash. We also have a house card that the employees use for customers just like you who don't come in frequent enough to purchase your own. Again, I'm very sorry for the unpleasant experience.
