A sales person named Kevin and his guy behind the curtain, Rod (or maybe it was Rob) were incredibly aggressive about selling a Civic that that was not the Civic that we wanted. Kevin used the tactic of keeping our keys to our current car and did everything to keep us from going away without a sale. I am sure it is because of my high credit score rating that they would not yield. We finally got away by not signing a bill of sale but left a down deposit knowing that they could not cash it if we bought from another dealership the next day. We got the Civic we wanted with another dealership the next day. Rod called me and was incredibly unprofessional by making statements like "we did not force you to sign that check" and accused us of keeping a new car off the market even though I called Kevin the following day to return our check immediately. Of course, they had to return our check but they sure didn't like it...BEWARE, Bellevue of Honda does not display professional integrity!!
