Our unit at the center of the building sustained significant water damage. It wasn't climate controlled, but being a center unit in a warehouse facility, it would still have had to have been flooded or a large leak in the roof to sustain that much damage. All the furniture was covered in mold, some beyond salvage, and boxes soaked and saturated. Instead of paying for damages and repairs, Dinos decided to drag it out in court, costing them more than it would be to settle and wasting everyones time.
