I usually stray from writing reviews, but I have never been screwed out of this much money. This apartment complex is not customers friendly. I am military and I was looking for a place to stay to save money while my spouse was deployed and I made the mistake of signing a placeholder for a room which turned out to be a $790 deposit fee with not refund. I didn't have a specific lease length, but later I found that they only had 18 month leases and to break a lease it is 3 month rent, I can't trust this company, not customer service oriented and definitely not military friendly at all, don't rent here!!! I lost $790 but learned a valuable lesson. Also, there were no dogs allowed, only cats and “service dogs”, but there we a few people walking dogs each time I visited the property. So one is only to assume dogs are allowed, prior to paying deposit. Read every word of their documents before you sign. I will not recommended this place to my military families, my Union brothers or anyone ever.
