Staff is very hard to work with. Very nice up front but very unprofessional behind the scenes. The owner is especially rude.

The only positive thing I can say about A View in Fontenelle Hills was the beautiful view of Fontenelle Hills. But the place is run by incompetent and rude people. As soon as you sign on the dotted line they forget about you unless they are calling to collect their money. I would call or email with a question and wouldn't get a response for weeks. The day of the wedding my sister and brother in law basically ran the show, while the rep from A View didn't do anything. In the end my wedding day was beautiful and I had a great time- but this end result was because I have a fantastic family and group of close friends, not because of a View. A View gave me anxiety and sleepless nights. Do not get married here unless you want a cookie cutter wedding where you are ignored.

I recently had my daughter's wedding here and it is not the dream wedding we had in mind. The coordinator was rude to my daughter and they weren't very accommodating. They nickel and dimed us for just about everything. The building was old and the floor isn't ideal for weddings. There is a big wall in the middle that splits one half of the room from the other. We had hoped to find a venue with staff that was warm and excited to have our wedding there, but it was just another run of the mill wedding for them. Brides beware, I would suggest a hotel ballroom before choosing this place. Save the headaches!

A View at Fontenelle Hills was the perfect place for our wedding! We looked at multiple different locations the building is beautiful and Jill made us feel at ease as soon as we walked in. We got our wedding pictures back today and everything looked as amazing as we thought it would! Even with the snow melting in the background the pictures turned out beautiful. We would recommend A View to anyone planning an event the process almost seemed too easy ( I was a little worried it was too easy ) but it wasn't! Everything was perfect, if anything didn't go as planned we had no idea; Jill and the staff took care of everything that needed to be done. I had my wedding here in 2010 and it turned out to be a great experience! Jill was super helpful and Brandi was also VERY accomodating. The pictures turned out beautiful and couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. I would recommend A View to anyone I know getting married!

They've changed coordinators THREE times in the year that I have planned my wedding. This latest coordinator, Jill, has been the worst and had no idea what the heck she is doing. She told me one thing, then says she checked with the owner and now they can't do it. Kinda makes it hard to plan when they go back on their word all the time! The staff is stuck up and rude - I'm spending thouands of dollars with them, it's so frustrating that this is who I'm stuck holding my wedding with. I would never recommend this venue! I would tell people to go to a more well-known and established place for such an important event. This staff doesn't care that it's YOUR WEDDING DAY and I felt like I had to constantly check things and ask where they were or when they would be doing the things we had planned beforehand. I shouldn't have had to to constantly remind the coordinator of things that should have been done. I wanted to be able to actually enjoy my wedding and not stress over things I'm paying a

I love the place, it's really beautiful! I basically got a free wedding planner with it, Jen has been very helpful in everything down to the invitations and where to get a great photographer. We had our wedding on the deck on the golf course and I couldn't have asked for better pictures! We also used both floors and had our appetizers out on the pool patio. Staff was nice and everything was gorgeous!

My brother and I went to this course yesterday and were treated horribly. The kid behind the counter was rude and told us that we could not pay or play 18 holes. We got there around 5:45 PM. There was plenty of time for us to finish 18 holes, but we were not allowed to do so. The guy would not listen and had to run our card twice to pay for the 9 holes we were restriced to. When taking the key in for the cart, the guy and his 3 friends started talking vulgar language toward us and we were threaten by his friends. This business could use a little cleaning out of inexperienced workers and put new rules in place to keep friends of workers out of the establishment. Especially kids that want to be vulgar, rude, and threaten customers.



I will not be back to this course. My first time will be my only time. The course was a bit much on the price, the service was horrible, and course needed work. You can find better deals and better courses and not have to deal with the drama of Fontenelle Hills Golf Course.
