Family Dental Group allowed this overly anxious person who is extremely sensitive to pain have a great experience and feel at ease as you enter the door until you leave. The make you feel as you are an extension of their own family with their professionalism and humor throughout your visit. I am always so paranoid to get any work done because I'm a wimp to pain. I have to admit that when I was done with my procedure, I thought they were God sent because I did not experience as much pain as I usually do....thank you so much for making this awful experience more relaxing!

Dr. Alan Jacob and the staff at Family Dental Group are amazing. They are caring and treat their patients with respect. They put a person at ease, and try to make the visits and procedures as pain free as possible. I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing dental care.

Over an hour waiting time, and didn't even see the dentist I wanted. office was run by father and now will be run by son. Not going back. Care is not the same.

I have been a patient of Dr Jerrold Jacob since 1982!! I have found the Dr to be very caring, professional and extremely skilled. He has always been concerned about ANY discomfort during each and every visit. Thanks to Dr Jacob I have no fear of any dental work that may arise through time. Because of their excellent care, at this point I am just a routine cleaning and checkup patient. I highly recommend and LOVE my dentist.... If you need a dentist and are afraid at all, family dental group is the place for you! In addition, Dr Jacobs son Alan, is an equal to his fathers abilities and has an excellent personality. I feel completely comfortable seeing either Dr , knowing I will receive top quality care. Don't be foolish and let fear get in your way... Call them today to get quality family care.. I never had a dentist so gentle and painless until I started to see Dr. Jacob! His office and staff from the front desk all the way to ortho in the back are very nice and friendly! As a kid I feared going to the dentist but my kids actually enjoy it! I would definitely recommend anyone to come to Dr. Jacobs family dental group to see for themselves just how wonderful and most important painless the service is, they really care about their patients!

I have been a patient at the Family Dental Group for 6 years. Recently, I had to get a root canal done. I was very scare and nervous. My friends kept telling me how painful it would be. The day of my appointment my views on root canal changed because of Dr. Jacobs who was so clear and made me feel confortable before the procedure. Needless to say I didn't even feel a thing when he has working on my root canal. He was so patient and painless. I strongly recommend anyone to visit the Family Dental Group the staff are very helpful, the place is really clean and the Dentist are just wonderful and understandle.

Im not the type of person to ever write a review, but with the exceptional service i received from Dr. Alan Jacob's office yesterday, i felt inclined to do so. Not only did i obtain a appointment with relative ease, i was greeted by a friendly staff that helped work with me and develop a proper treatment plan to work within the confines of my insurance coverage. Dr. Alan Jacob is a effecient, well spoken dentist, who generally cares. No nonsence here, i felt Dr. Jacob genually cared about my "painless" treatment. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do, and the procedure could not have gone any smoother. For someone who is afraid of the dentist, i would go back to A Family Dental Group in a heartbeat. My family and children have been going to Dr. Jacob's office for over 10 years. I have always felt like they have given me top notch care with a rare and special gentleness. I personally have always been afraid of the dentist, but i would never go anywhere else! My children especially are treated like family and will never fear like dad did, as Dr Alan and his father truly have a special touch and natural ability about them. They are calming in a way where i really dont mind going , i actually like too...and get a chance to talk football!! I just completed yet another implant with no issues! Thx Dr A

I started going to Dr. Jacob because of a previous dentist who gave me 8 shots of novacain and still could not fix my tooth...I went to Dr, Jacob and with one shot of novacain he was able to fix my tooth,,,,He made me feel very comfortable and at ease as if we were family..I will surely recommend him and his staff,to anyone..
