The owner Tom, takes personal pride in the work and does the estimate himself, is in constant communication with the customer and does a final walk through to ensure customer satisfaction before money is exchanged. The pricing is very fair and the level of professionalism is outstanding. We hired Perfection Painting because we are selling our home and had wild colors on the walls. The transformation was amazing... Every detail is cared for and the team did a great job with set-up and clean-up. I highly recommend Perfection Painting for ANY job. You will not find a better company to work with. I cannot rave enough about how satisfied we truly are! In fact we plan to hire Perfection Painting again to paint our garage next month! I hired them to my house's upstairs rental room a roommate damaged we changed the bid to include painting three closests 2.5 doors, walls, and floors. He did not paint the closets all the way saying that we had an agreement he would only paint the parts already painted and that if I wanted the rest of the walls in the closets my roommate damaged painted it would be another $200.00 for the time and paints. Yet I have receipt for closets and floor and walls and door. So he did not come back and do anything but repaint over parts of the walls not done by his painters telling me again it was not his responsibility to do the closet walls that were stained I told him we had agreed about one panel that needed patching only. He said okay then it is another $200.00. So I sent him on his way. Now I have to pay another painter to correct his failure and the man will do it for $75.00. Paint include not $200.00. Beware.
