Unbelievably bad service. I went in looking for a new keyboard. The kid who pretended to wait on me played with his cell phone the entire time and didn't even look at me for more than two seconds. I pointed out that they had nothing but Logitech keyboards on display, but they had several models of Microsoft on the shelves and I would like to see one in particular. He couldn't be bothered to actually take it out of the box and show it to me though. Even I didn't have a $200 gift certificate I wouldn't bother going back, especially since New Egg sells so much more online at much lower prices.
