The customer service is excellent. The woman at the counter, Emily, is so friendly I want to make clones of her and start a call center. People would call in just to check in on her.

The mechanics are skilled, knowledgeable, and most important to me, they will walk you through what's wrong with your vehicle slowly and explain it to you. They're willing to help you understand so you can make the best decision.

I have had several things done to my vehicle here, including numerous oil changes and tire rotations. They have always had quick, professional service. You can also rest assured you're good hands because it seems they keep a small expert staff. It is also very close to base, just right outside the Belleville Gate and they give military discounts!

Let me start with that Mission Accomplished as done great work for me and I am a repeating customer! They are close to Scott AFB, offer military discounts and in most cases you can get your car back the same day. They do jobs from as simple as an oil change to engine replacements. They have worked 2 of my cars, and Acura Integra GSR, they put in a bunch of aftermarket stuff I bought for it as well as some work to my lifted Cherokee. They are a legit company and stand behind there work as well as there great prices. I encourage you to take your vehicle there to have work done on it!

Last week I took my SUV to thi...

Last week I took my SUV to this place to have an O2 put on and while I was checking in my car I seen they did oil changes for pretty cheap. I normally do my own but since it was almost due and pretty cheap I thought "why not". Since the lady that was up front checking me in seemed nice, I am huge on customer service, I thought "my truck could use a couple tires and it is almost due for an oil change" so scheduled to drop it off when I picked up my car the next day. So I got the call that my SUV was ready. So I went and picked it up and dropped off my truck. The next day I picked up my truck. The first issue I had was, was that both of my cars take the same oil filter but I was charged $5 for one and $10 for the other. But I thought to myself that the price I seen the first day must have been that days special so I didn't bother with it. So far everything seemed good. Over the next day or so I noticed a smell of burning oil while driving my truck which is strange because that’s never happened. I looked under my truck and noticed it was leaking oil. Which it doesn’t do. So I checked my oil, which I should have done the first day but hey how hard is it to change oil, and it was way over filled. My truck holds 4 1/2 quarts to the max fill line. I have been driving it for two days and when I drained it I took out at least two quarts and it was still at the max fill line. So I would guess there was around 7 quarts put in it and then they never checked the level after. Ok I was mad really mad but thought everyone makes a mistake and there is no reason to go over board. Then I checked my SUV which was driven for about 3 days and some pretty long miles. It holds just over 7 quarts and it was also over the max fill. After draining it I removed over a quart from it. So, two cars two days apart and both had mistakes. It is really bad if a mechanic can't handle an oil change. For anyone that knows anything about cars, you know that over filling a motor with oil can really mess things up. I will not trust my car to this garage for anything no matter how small. Maybe it was a two time things and it will not happen again or maybe they are in a good location, right outside Scott, and think they can do what ever because they will get bussiness. If you want to take that chance make sure you look over their work.
