The people at this store made me feel that they care about customer satisfaction. They care what the store looks like and that the customers leave happy.

When I entered the store, I was immediately greeted. The first associate who saw me walking asked Do you need help? I told him what I was looking for: Batteries for smoke alarms and after that I also asked about an extension cord to hook up a telephone in the basement. My phone jack is a little too far from the outlet and I don't want to spend the extra money to move either of the two items. The fact that the lithium will outlast the normal 9V by about 9 / 10 times seems a good reason to switch.

I wanted to refinish my deck. Kevin suggested a remover, three different brands of bristle brushes and Cabot stain that could be tinted and another brand that is more expensive. He gave me a color chart and said to take it home if you need to and decide on a color. He said not to use a foam brush but we could use a roller on the floor but finish it off with a brush. He suggested several of the bristle brushes and not nylon because the fibers come out easily. I was thrilled to find such a helpful and knowledgeable staff. The deck turned out great.

The big box stores have nothing on Ace. I've been shopping at Home Brite Ace since my father took me there when I was a kid. Selection, service and competitive prices. The place is awesome. We're lucky to have such a great store in Belleville.

The service at the Home-Brite Ace is fantastic. I needed a few stainless steel bolts and Thomas was willing to take as much time as needed to make sure I had exactly the right ones.

There seemed to be plenty of associates working today so it was easy to find help when you wanted it. The store is always clean and attractive with all of the flowers and items they sell. The inside of the store also was easy to move through. There were no large items blocking any aisle.
