I have been in once and was very impressed with the staff-store selection-and the cleanliness. I think this place rocks!!!

I went in before Christmas to borrow money for an unexpected family emergency. I spoke to Lisa about my dilemma - not only was she helpful in explaining the pawn process (I had never done this before), she was compassionate about my situation and wished me well. I will definitely go back to purchase items there as they had a great selection of TV's, jewelry and tools, pretty much everything you could imagine and at great prices. Thanks for the help!

Stopped in to get my watch battery changed. They were out of the battery but were expecting a shipment in a few days -- so they took my watch in for repair and said they would call when it was ready. The next morning, Lisa called - they had gone out and bought the battery so I wouldn't be without my watch -- that's great customer service!!

I have purchased four firearms over the last year and a half from Mark's Jewelry and Pawn in Belleview, Florida, through the GunGenie/Gallery of Guns online program. I shop online to find the firearm I want, place the order and in a couple of days I go to the pawn shop to complete the transaction. All is legal and simple, I got the firearms I wanted and I saved some money. The shop is nice and clean and the people there are friendly. Lisa Welch and her employees are knowledgeable and professional. Good shopping experiences and I plan to do more.

I have purchased several firearms from Gallery of Guns (Gun Genie) and used Mark's Jewelry & Pawn as the Federal Firearms Dealer in processing the transactions. I've had experience with Lisa and Jeff and found them and both to be very professional and helpful in these transactions. They also have a a wide selection of new and used firearms on display if you wish to purchase directly from their inventory. Great facility to do business with.

They had a lot of guns. The prices were good. Ammo was reasonable. Staff was knowledgeable and they checked out my friend's antique gun for free.

I was in need of a watch battery, and a friend recommended Mark's Jewelry & Pawn. Because I was having trouble with the watch, they took extra time to evaluate the problem and correct it. I don't spend a lot of time in pawn shops but found the experience quite enjoyable. Even though I wasn't spending a lot of money, that didn't seem to matter. They treated me very well, and I plan to drop by from time-to-time to see what they are selling.

Moved to the area 10 years ago and was only familiar with pawn shops up north-- drove by Mark's in Belleview and decided to stop. This is probably one of the cleanest pawn shops I have ever seen. They have a little bit of everything. The jewelry selection is great - and the prices even better. Will never buy retail jewelry again because it is over priced. I also went through tough times lately, and needed to borrow money to pay my taxes. Not only were they honest and fair about my loan on my jewelry, I had to go past my date several times before I could go in to pay and they were very understanding and willing to work with me. Everyone in there is nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place -- too many times you only read the bad stuff because people are mad at the world. I decided to write this after I saw what people had written -- they must have had a bad day.
