I have a near mint condition 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis that needed a new heater blend door motor. The problem is the location of the blend door is behind the dash board. I was extremely apprehensive on getting this repaired as who could I trust to remove the dashboard and put all those parts back together again. Well when I picked up my Mercury and drove it home I could not tell that anyone was even in my car. Nice and clean inside just as I left it. Everything worked and no squeaks or rattles. I was so relieved. Besides courteous service, the garage from parking lot to waiting room is clean and orderly. I would give Gregg Smith Auto more than 5 stars if I could as they are really a very exceptional auto shop. Thank you!
