Not a good lawyer him and his client try to take my baby away, lawyer was not ready for court, had insufficient evidence and lost the case. He charged over 3,000, never came to court only talked thru phone and client got visitation.Dont waste your money.

Attorney Montgomery is a selfish attorney who acts on behalf of his best interest and not the best interest of his clients. He's also extremely rude and abrasive with his clients. Montgomery is mistrusting about the legal services he has provided for his clients. He says one thing but does something different and that something different is usually nothing when it comes to being ready for a trial. When his clients question him about his bad lawyering he immediately threatens to withdraw from the case - that's his modus operandi and he's got a lot judges fooled with that maneuver. Do your homework and call the Florida Bar and request the many many complaint letters written about Montgomery. Plus, he has an admonishment from the Florida Bar. Save your time and don't hire him. He talks like he is the best lawyer in town but then he brings nothing to the table when the trial date comes.

My wife met this guy for the first time during a mediation hearing and besides looking like he should have retired (30) years ago, he was one of the most nasty inconsiderate people she has ever met. For an old timer you would think he would show some manners towards a lady. I guess all those years as a lawyer he has developed some really bad manners.



I her opinion he is a real "has been" and needs to retire and get out of the judicial system. Oh did I mention raciest also.

I thought those days were over with.
