Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The designers were exceptional, courteous and very knowlegable, much better than my experiences at the "big box stores". They were able to work within my budget and around my deadline. The installers were on time, polite and very professional. My overall experience was great and would recommend anyone who is thinking about redoing a room or building new, to check them out for yourselves.

Although the staff was very friendly, they were not knowledgeable about how long installation of my carpet (for one room) would take. They promised me one date and then called 2 days prior to when I thought I was going to get my carpet and said it would take a month longer. I was also not given the option of keeping my extra carpet.
