Best place in Houston, probably even Texas! Nick did everything in his power to help me out. He really knows his stuff! I would recommend anyone to go here for help with vacuums.

I brought my 78 year old aunt to University Vacuum because her 35 year old vacuum would no longer turn on. The gentelman there told her that he could replace the switch and get it running . He let her know that it may not run for long because of the age of the vacuum but did not pressure her in any way to buy a new vacuum. I was impressed with his honesty and integrity and I plan to go back soon and get a new vacuum for my house and bring my old vacuum to my lake house.. I just love dealing with small businesses, they are always very friendly and give superior service to their customers.
