Amazing customer service and even greater work! I couldn't find the shop so I called and they gave me directions how to get there. When I went it, the kind man who helped me heard the kids in the background during my phone call and said he can bring me my shoes once they were done!! I was so happy that they were fixed immediately and he offfered to bring them to us. That really meant a lot! And the price was very reasonable! The shoes looked better than I could have imagined! I couldn't be happier, this is now my go-to place, going to tell everyone about them! :)

Used to be great - but no longer. Left an item for a simple zipper replacement, but 3 months later - still not done. Many excuses and false starts. Customer service is appalling, as is workmanship and timeliness. With so many options, don't make the mistake of taking anything there.

This is a great old little shop. I have been pleased everything time i bring a pair of shoes to be resoled. Their prices have gone up in the past year but I guess its part of the speciality business. Old fashion work and nice to know the owner still there to overlook everything.
