Nearly 32 years after the most joyful adoption experience with this agency, I was delighted to place a phone call this morning and learn that the owners are still there, managing the magical work they've been called to do. Because of Charlotte and her husband, we were able to become the parents of a pretty extraordinary little girl who's become a fine young woman. I will forever be grateful to them for their professionalism and dedication to making our dream come true! Five stars aren't enough for this special agency.
