We worked with YWGC on the purchase of our new home in Baltimore and feel that they were dishonest and unprofessional. Our agent showed us a few places but never gave us a contract to sign from the start; she instead had an agreement, the full details of which we were unaware of, with the apartment building we purchased from and we only found out about these details on the day of our settlement. At settlement, our agent actually said we did initially sign an MLS agreement with her (although she was never able to reproduce this). The agency took a significant amount of money as a result of our purchase. In purchasing properties in the past, we have been given full disclosure of what our agreement with our agent entails. This was not the case with YWGC. The agent and the others in the agency never once directly contacted us even after learning of our questions and concerns over the ways things were handled. They instead had their law firm send us an intimidating letter about our online reviews. We will not use this real estate agency again nor recommend them to our friends or family.
